1. LifePoint Health launches 25m Health incubator -

LifePoint Health has announced a joint venture with New York-based venture studio 25madison and Apollo Global Management that will be seeded initially with $20 million to launch 25m Health, a first-of-its-kind health tech startup incubator in Nashville.

2. Fahner moves to Kennedy & Associates -

John Fahner, formerly a partner at Inscoe and Fahner PLLC, has joined Kennedy and Associates.

Bradley Arant Boult Cummings LLP has hired Timothy L. Capria as an associate on the Intellectual Property team in Nashville. He previously was with Patterson Intellectual Property Law.

Capria focuses on acquiring intellectual property, patent opinion practice and enforcing intellectual property rights. He primarily prosecutes patents in the life sciences and medical device fields, and provides trademark counsel for clients operating in diverse sectors.

4. Barron’s once again names Pagliara state’s top wealth advisor -

Middle Tennessee-based wealth manager Tim Pagliara, chairman and CEO of CapWealth Advisors, has been named the top financial advisor in the state of Tennessee by Barron’s magazine for the fourth consecutive year. He and his firm also made the magazine’s list of Top 1,200 Advisors for the sixth time in seven years.

5. Lewis, King, Krieg and Waldrop names Cole managing partner -

Lisa Ramsay Cole, an attorney with the law firm Lewis, King, Krieg and Waldrop, P.C., for more than 18 years, has been named managing partner of the firm’s Nashville office.

Cole has an active law practice in the areas of employment law, workers’ compensation, medical malpractice and general casualty defense. She also is very active in the Nashville civic community where she is chair-elect of the Board of the Sexual Assault Center, among other involvements.
