NASHVILLE (AP) — State officials say financial services company UBS is investing $11 million in a new office in Williamson County, adding 350 jobs in the next several years.
Officials said the new office in Franklin will accommodate the growth of the UBS Business Solution Center in Nashville, as well as a satellite branch office for Wealth Management Americas financial advisors.
In August 2013, UBS announced a $36.5 million investment to establish a shared services center in Nashville, creating 1,000 new jobs over the next five years. The UBS Nashville Business Solution Center offers expanded business services in support of wealth management and investment banking.
Tennessee governor Bill Haslam says the expansion by Switzerland-based UBS "strengthens Tennessee's brand and our ability to compete in the global marketplace."
