Accountants group meeting this week in Nashville

NASHVILLE (AP) — The 104th annual meeting of the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy begins Monday in Nashville.

Some of the sessions will concern the financial stability of the country.

Attending will be more than 300 individuals representing 50 of the country's 55 state boards of accountancy. The individual boards administer the uniform certified public accountant examination, license more than 650,000 CPA's and regulate public accountancy.

The meeting runs through Wednesday at the Gaylord Opryland Resort and Convention Center. The association is based in Nashville.
