NEW YORK (AP) — Bank of America's website is having troubles for the sixth straight day, meaning customers may still have difficulty signing into their accounts.
A message on the bank's homepage Wednesday said that most of the site was working normally, but that customers may experience "occasional delays."
That means customers who do their banking online may have had to head to a branch or ATM to access their accounts at some point in recent days.
A spokeswoman for Bank of America Corp., Tara Burke, has said the company doesn't disclose the causes for its site problems. She did not immediately respond to a call for comment Wednesday.
The problems began Friday, a day after the company said it would start charging a $5 monthly debit card fee.
