NASHVILLE (AP) - The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation has found no criminal wrong-doing by former State Revenue Commissioner Reagan Farr.

The TBI began a review of Farr's office last August amid questions about how the investigations of sales tax revenues of some businesses were handled.

Davidson County District Attorney General Torry Johnson said Tuesday there were apparently policy differences in the department but no criminal conduct by Farr.

Farr, an attorney, resigned from Gov. Phil Bredesen's cabinet last August to return to the private sector.
