Bradley Arant Boult Cummings LLP has elevated 12 attorneys have been elevated to partner across nine offices, including Alé Dalton and Casey L. Miller in Nashville
Dalton is a member of Bradley’s health care practice group, where she assists industry clients with a wide range of transactional, operational and regulatory matters.
She is actively involved in efforts to meet the legal service gaps in Tennessee by staffing community legal clinics through Bradley’s Pro Bono Program and serves as vice chair of Bradley’s Lawyers of Color Resource Group.
She earned her J.D. from the University of Tennessee College of Law and her B.A. from Lipscomb University.
Miller is a member of the firm’s litigation practice group and has a diverse practice focused on business tort litigation, contract disputes, fiduciary-duty claims involving corporate directors and officers, intellectual property litigation, securities litigation, disputes over noncompete and non-solicitation agreements and real estate litigation.
She is an active member of the Nashville Bar Association and will serve as president of the Young Lawyers Division in 2024. Miller is also an active member of DRI Young Lawyers and is chair of the Networking and Activities Subcommittee.
She earned her J.D. from Vanderbilt University Law School and her B.B.A. from the University of Georgia.

Noah named member at Stites & Harbison
Stites & Harbison PLLC has promoted three attorneys to member, including Mary Lucille Noah in Nashville.
Noah’s practice in the real estate and banking service group primarily involves representing borrowers and lenders in financing transactions, including acquisition and construction loans, term loan facilities, asset based secured financings and revolving credit facilities. She also represents developers, investors and owners in the acquisition, disposition and leasing of real property.
Noah is a graduate of Vanderbilt University and the University of Michigan Law School.
Genesco names Santaella to Journeys executive post
Genesco Inc. has named Chris Santaella executive vice president and chief merchandising officer of the Journeys Group. Santaella replaces Pete Hicks, who retired in October.
Santaella will lead Journeys’ buying, merchandising, planning and product strategies, building on Journeys foundation as a leader in teen fashion footwear retail and its brand mission.
Santaella joins Journeys from Foot Locker, where he served more than three decades in successive roles, most recently as senior vice president and chief merchandising officer responsible for Foot Locker, Kids Foot Locker and Champs Sports, leading a 125-person global product organization. He rounded out his career at Foot Locker as senior vice president, chief product officer and chief merchandising officer.
Heritage Foundation names 3 board members
The Heritage Foundation of Williamson County has added three to its board of directors: Paul Jankowski, founder and CEO of New Heartland Group, Brent Bowman, partner, Holland & Knight, and David Jackson, MBA, CFP, managing partner, Southern Springs Capital Group.
Jankowski is a thought leader, speaker and Forbes contributor on marketing and creating culturally relevant messaging. He is founder of Nashville-based New Heartland Group and previously served as CMO at Elvis Presley Enterprises, VP/Media Marketing at SFX Entertainment (Live Nation), Director, Global Entertainment Relations at Gibson Guitar Corp., and in Pop/Rock Promotion/Marketing at MCA Records and SBK Records.
He co-founded and served as volunteer executive director of the Nashville chapter of the TJ Martell Foundation, is a member of the Country Music Association and was a certified NFL agent. Jankowski earned a degree in communications/advertising from the University of Tennessee.
Bowman advises clients on securities offerings and strategic transactions, and assists health care providers with joint ventures, acquisitions or dispositions.
He graduated from the University of Tennessee College of Law after earning a degree from Vanderbilt University. He is an alumnus of Battle Ground Academy, where he has previously served as alumni board president.
Jackson is a certified financial planning practitioner with more than 25 years of experience in the financial services industry. He has extensive knowledge of retirement planning, estate planning, benefits planning, tax planning, investment management and insurance planning.
Before founding Southern Springs Capital Group, Jackson worked at Merrill Lynch for two decades, most recently as a first vice president.
He is a graduate of Middle Tennessee State University and hold an MBA from Vanderbilt University’s Owen Graduate School of Management. Jackson previously served on the board of the Nashville Repertory Theatre and serves on its advisory council.
McNeely Brockman PR promotes 2 staff members
Nashville-based McNeely Brockman Public Relations has promoted Honor Garrett to senior account executive and Olivia Blumb to account executive.
Garrett previously served as an account executive, and Blumb as an assistant account executive at MBPR.
This marks Garrett’s third promotion since joining MBPR in May 2020. She is a graduate of the University of Georgia, where she earned a degree in consumer journalism with an emphasis in advertising and a certificate in new media studies. She is a member of the Frist Museum’s Warhol Society, Nashville Sports Council’s Young Professional Network and Public Relations Society of America Nashville Chapter, serving on the Programs Committee.
Blumb’s promotion comes as she celebrates her second anniversary with MBPR. Blumb has supported media outreach, brand strategy and event coordination for local and statewide projects. • Lindsay Nencheck, AIA, NCARB, LEED® Green Associate, is a project manager. Previously with Gresham Smith, Nencheck has more than a decade of experience and holds a bachelor’s degree in architecture and master of architecture degree from Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri.
• Hunter Courtney, associate AIA, LEED® Green Associate, is a member of the architecture team. Courtney earned a degree in architecture from Virginia Tech and was previously with Perkins&Will in Dallas, Texas.
• Tyler Duty, associate AIA, is a member of the architecture team. Previously with CDP Architecture, LLC, Duty earned a degree in Architecture from the University of Kentucky and a master of architecture from the University of Cincinnati.
