Middle Tennessee road projects included in the $6.1 billion TDOT backlog

Cheatham County

  • SR-49 from SR-12 to I-24: Spot improvements: $19 million. Right of way acquisition: $2.3 million

Davidson County

  • I-40 at SR-255 (Donelson Pike). Relocation from taxiway bridges over existing Donelson pike to I-40: Construction: $50 million. Right of way acquisition: $7.5 million
  • US-31A/41A (SR-11) from north of Mill Creek to near SR-254 (Old Hickory Boulevard): Construction: $21 million
  • US-41A (SR-112) from SR-12 (Ashland City Highway to SR-155 (Briley Parkway): Construction: $20 million

Robertson County

  • I-65 weigh station: Construction: $13.5 million. Right of way acquisition: $1 million
  • SR-65 from Old Highway 431 to Walling Road: Construction: $29 million

Rutherford County

  • SR-266 from SR-102 to east of SR-840: Construction: $22.9 million
  • SR-268 from US 41/70S (SR-1) to SR-10: Construction: $25.6 million
  • SR-96 from Veterans Parkway to east of Overall Creek: Construction: $3.1 million
  • SR-99 (New Salem Highway) from Cason Lane to I-24 in Murfreesboro: Construction: $14.5 million
  • SR-99 (New Salem Highway) from I-24 to SR-96 (Old Fort Parkway) in Murfreesboro: Construction: $8.9 million
  • SR-99 (New Salem Highway) from SW Loop Road to Cason Lane: Construction: $12.4 million
  • SR-99 (Bradyville Pike) from US-41 (SR-2, SE Broad Street) to Rutherford Boulevard in Murfreesboro: Construction: $6 million

Sumner County

  • SR-109, propose Portland bypass: Construction: $61.2 million. Right of way acquisition: $6,120,000
  • SR-386 interchange on SR-386 at Forest Retreat Road: Construction: $10 million

Williamson County

  • SR-397 from south of SR-96 to US-431 (SR-106, northwest quadrant):  Construction: $30.1 million
  • SR-96 from east of Arno Road to SR-252 (Wilson Pike): Construction: $51.8 million
  • SR-96 from east of SR-252 (Wilson Pike) to SR-840: Construction: $19.1 million. Right of way acquisition: $8.5 million
  • US-31 (SR-6) from SR-441 (Moore’s Lane) to SR-253 (Concord Road): Construction: $22.5 million

Williamson County/Davidson County

  • US-31A/41A (SR-11) from south of Burkitt Road to north of Mill Creek: Construction: $21 million. Right of way acquisition: $23.9 million. Utilities: $5.5 million
  • SR-96 from SR 840 in Williamson County to Veterans Parkway: Construction: $30 million. Right of way acquisition: $15,420,000

Wilson County

  • I-40 from SR-109 to SR-840 (widen to 8 lanes): Construction: $25 million
  • SR-109 from north of US-70 (SR-24) to south of Dry Fork Creek: Construction: $32.5 million
  • SR-109 from south of Dry Fork Creek to south of Cumberland River: Construction: $32.5 million
  • SR-141 from north of Lovers Lane to US-70 (SR-26): Construction: $10.1 million
  • SR-141 from south of Spring Creek to north of Lovers Lane: Construction: $6 million
