Defense expected to continue in sportscaster's case

NASHVILLE (AP) - The defense is expected to continue to present its case in the civil trial involving Erin Andrews and raise doubts about whether two hotel companies should share the blame after a stalker secretly shot nude videos of the sportscaster.

Andrews has filed a $75 million lawsuit against the stalker and the owner and operator of the Nashville Marriott at Vanderbilt.

Lawyers for the companies have said that what was done to Andrews is terrible, but the stalker is to blame. They have tried to make the case that the companies could not have reasonably foreseen that someone would be able to alter a peephole on a door, and then shoot video of a guest inside the room.

The nude video shot at the hotel was later put on the Internet.
