Business Studio: Marketing Starter Series - Websites & SEO. Business Studio is partnering with k2forma to present four “DIY” marketing workshops (Today, July 15, 22 and 29) as part of our Marketing Starter Series. This series is designed to empower small business owners to manage their marketing efforts and optimize their resources on their own. You’ll learn how to work smarter, not harder. Kelly Koeppel of k2forma will lead the workshops with a different industry expert as guest facilitator each week. The workshops will be hands-on with lively discussion and will build upon the previous class. The Davidson County Democratic Party will honor Nashville’s advocates for inclusion and immigration reform at its Honors Dinner. Music Industry Day at Summer NAMM

Offers musicians, audio pros and those who love music access to Summer NAMM at Nashville’s Music City Center. 10 a.m.-4 p.m. This is a unique opportunity to check out one of NAMM’s exclusive, world-renowned music product events. Network with industry leaders, meet other musicians, attend workshops, and demo gear from more than 1,000 music product brands. Hot Rods and Hot Dogs

Williamson County Parks and Recreation presents Hot Rods and Hot Dogs in Fairview. This free family event will be held 7-9 p.m. in the parking lot of the Fairview Recreation Complex, 2714 Fairview Blvd. Bring your classic or modified hot rod to the cruise in, or just bring the family for a fun night. Stroll around the parking lot and check out all the cars! Concessions, including hot dogs, will be available for purchase. No outside food or drinks, pets or alcoholic beverages will be allowed. Bring lawn chairs or blankets for seating.
