Independence Day fireworks shows across Middle Tennessee
Nashville throws a heck of a party to celebrate the Fourth of July, and fireworks are just one part of the big show.
Here’s the schedule of event:
12-5 p.m.: Family Fun Zone, 5th Avenue at Broadway
1-5 p.m.: Live music with performances by Jason Eskridge, Kacey Smith, The Farewell Drifters at Bridgestone Arena Plaza
6:30-9:45 p.m.: Live music at the main stage at 1st Avenue and Broadway with Striking Matches, Ashley Monroe and Bill Currington
9:45 p.m.: Nashville Symphony and Fireworks, also at 1st Avenue and Broadway

JULY 3
Clarksville
6:30-10, Liberty Park, 1188 Cumberland Dr. Fireworks at 9:30.
Hendersonville
Freedom Festival begins at 5 p.m., Drakes Creek Park, 130 Cherokee Road N., with fireworks around 9 p.m. Free and open to the public.
Smyrna
4:30 p.m., Lee Victory Recreation Park. Fireworks around 9:15 p.m. Free and open to the public.
JULY 4
Brentwood
7 p.m., at Crockett Park, 1500 Volunteer Parkway. The Kadillacs will play, with fireworks around 9 p.m. Free and open to the public.
Franklin
8 p.m., The Park at Harlinsdale Farm, 239 Franklin Road. Free and open to the public.
Gallatin
6 p.m., Municipal Park, North Water Avenue. The Parks will headline, with fireworks around 9 p.m. Free and open to the public.
Goodlettsville
4 p.m., Moss-Wright Park. Fireworks around 9 p.m. Free and open to the public.
La Vergne
6 p.m., Veterans Memorial Park, Floyd Mayfield Drive. Fireworks around 9 p.m. Free and open to the public.
Lebanon
7 p.m., James E. Ward Ag Center. Fireworks around 9 p.m. Free and open to the public.
Mt. Juliet
9 p.m., Providence Marketplace behind Target. Free and open to the public.
Murfreesboro
5 p.m., McKnight Park, 120 DeJarnette Lane, with fireworks at 9 p.m. Free and open to the public.
Pegram
6:30 p.m. The WannaBeatles will headline, with fireworks at 9:30 p.m. Free and open to the public.
Springfield
9 p.m., Travis Price Park, 4155 Wilkes Road. Free and open to the public.
