NASHVILLE (AP) — The Tennessee Lottery says a Powerball player who purchased a ticket in Knoxville has won the $259.8 million jackpot.

Lottery officials say the lucky person should sign the back of the ticket, keep it in a safe place and speak with a financial consultant or lawyer before coming to the Nashville office to claim the prize.

The prize is the largest won since Tennessee began offering the lottery in 2004. No other information was immediately available.

The winning numbers in Wednesday night's drawing were 14-18-25-33-49, Powerball: 23, Power Play: five.
