NASHVILLE (AP) — Curb Records CEO Mike Curb is giving Belmont University a 40-year-lease on a historic Music Row property where some of Nashville's greatest music was recorded.

Belmont officials say the lease donation on the property at 34 Music Square East is worth more than $10 million and will be used by students at Belmont's Curb College of Entertainment and Music Business.

Curb and Belmont also announced that renovations had been completed on the old Columbia Records Studio A on the property. Bob Dylan recorded his legendary "Nashville Skyline" Album in Studio A.

Before Columbia bought the property, it was once part of Bradley Studios, which operated the historic Quonset Hut. Patsy Cline, Johnny Cash, Brenda Lee and George Jones were some of the artists who recorded music at the Quonset Hut.
