Former, current Titans to serve pizza for charity at MAFIAoZA'S
NASHVILLE (AP) — Former Titans safety Chris Hope and some other current and former Titans will be serving pizzas for charity next week.
They will cook and serve pizza, pose for photos and sign autographs. People attending can bid on silent auction pieces, including autographed Titans' equipment and country music items.
Players attending include Chris Johnson, Nate Washington, Jason McCourty, Alterraun Verner, Jurrell Casey, Bernard Pollard and Michael Griffin. Former players scheduled include Eddie George, Derrick Mason, Craig Hentrich, Chris Sanders, Vincent Fuller and Blaine Bishop.
The event being held from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. Monday at MAFIAoZA'S Pizzeria and Neighborhood Pub in Nashville will benefit InterFace and the Community Foundation's Godfather Fund.
Tickets are $75, or $25 for children 14 and younger, and are available at http://www.hope5.eventbrite.com or at the restaurant.
