NASHVILLE (AP) — A Tennessee judge has ordered a man charged with stalking country singer John Rich and a 17-year-old girl to wear a GPS tracking device until he can be mentally evaluated.

General Sessions Judge Casey Moreland says the device is the "least restrictive" condition he could put on 36-year-old Mark "Chris" Sevier, who is charged with aggravated stalking, stalking and criminal impersonation.

The Tennessean reported (http://tnne.ws/1bYOQ7l) that Sevier is accused of stalking Rich for years, sending him numerous emails, including a half-naked picture of himself draped in an American flag and covered in a substance that represented blood.

In addition to having no contact with Rich's family and the young girl, Moreland cautioned Sevier not to mention Rich or the girl on any social media platform.
