Yarbrough, Little join new Bone McAllester group
Attorneys Ed Yarbrough and Alex Little have joined Bone McAllester Norton PLLC, creating a new division of criminal defense and government investigations.
Yarbrough is a former United States attorney for the Middle District of Tennessee, having been appointed by President George W. Bush. He is an award-winning lawyer with more than 40 years of experience. He practices criminal defense and government investigations, personal injury law and litigation and dispute resolution.
Yarbrough has tried more than 150 jury cases to verdict, including more than 40 homicide cases.
Little is a former assistant U.S. attorney for the Middle District of Tennessee, where he prosecuted cases involving national security, white collar crime, drugs and violent crime. As a former prosecutor, he draws on extensive trial and appellate experience in state and federal courts to aggressively represent clients facing investigations or defending against criminal charges.
He also serves as an adjunct professor at Vanderbilt Law School, instructing a course on “The Law of Secrets and Lies,” which covers everything from perjury, defamation and fraud to the Espionage Act, grand jury secrecy and the Fourth Amendment.
Lampley appointed to UT Board of Trustees
Gov. Bill Haslam has appointed Adams and Reese attorney Brad Lampley to The University of Tennessee Board of Trustees.
Lampley, who serves as the Nashville office Partner in Charge at Adams and Reese, is an alumnus of the University of Tennessee (B.A., 1996) and also University of Tennessee College of Law (J.D., 2000). His appointment runs through May 2018.
The former UT football player also has chaired the Franklin American Mortgage Music City Bowl for the past two years, and during his tenure he was the youngest chairman in bowl history. He also serves on the board of directors of the Tennessee Sports Hall of Fame.
Hyams named COO of TPAC, War Memorial
The Tennessee Performing Arts Center has promoted Brent Hyams to chief operating officer.
A 10-year veteran of the performing arts center, Hyams oversees all operations in production, ticketing, patron services, marketing, and facility maintenance for the organization’s four performance venues, including Andrew Jackson Hall, James K. Polk Theater, Andrew Johnson Theater and the historic War Memorial Auditorium.
Hyams has served as the center’s executive vice president and general manager since 2009. Before joining TPAC as a marketing director in 2003, Hyams worked for the Ryman Auditorium, the Frist Center for the Visual Arts, and Gaylord Entertainment in Nashville. He also has worked for agencies in Atlanta and New York.
Hyams graduated from The University of Georgia’s Grady College of Journalism and Mass Communication in 1994 with a degree in advertising. He now serves on the Grady Society Board.
ReviveHealth grows with new hires, promotions
ReviveHealth has added three new members to its team: Malea Barron as senior account supervisor, Hannah Davidson as finance and operations specialist and Corinne Reynolds as assistant account executive. The additions boost the firm’s total to 26 employees, including 15 in its Nashville headquarters office.
In addition to the new hires, ReviveHealth recently completed a strategic alignment of its client service function with senior staff additions and several promotions.
Nicole Mraz has been promoted from vice president to senior vice president, leading the firm’s Healthcare Provider Practice.
Elizabeth Musson has been promoted from senior account supervisor to account director. Tyler Hoffman and Rachel Radcliff have both been promoted from account executives to senior account executives. Dana Weymouth, who recently relocated from Santa Barbara to Nashville, has been promoted from administrative assistant to talent and operations coordinator.
Prior to joining ReviveHealth, Barron served as an integrated communications account supervisor at GS&F, a marketing communications agency in Nashville.
Davidson is a recent graduate of Westmont College in Santa Barbara.
Reynolds also is a recent graduate of Westmont College, where she earned a B.A. in communication studies.
Lattimore Black names Womack new partner
Lattimore Black Morgan & Cain, PC has named Scott Womack as partner in LBMC’s Valuation Advisory, Litigation Support/Forensic Accounting and Business Transition Services.
Womack, ASA, CFFA, concentrates his practice in family law litigation and valuation matters involving a variety of industries. He assists estate planning attorneys in federal and state valuation matters, family law attorneys in divorce matters (including business valuation, forensic accounting, division of marital estate, etc.), and small business owners involving the potential sale of their businesses.
He is an Accredited Senior Appraiser with the American Society of Appraisers (ASA) and a Master Analyst in Financial Forensics with the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts (MAFF).
Hoar Construction hires project manager
Hoar Construction has hired Kyle Barnes as a project engineer.
Barnes recently graduated from Mississippi State University with a degree in building construction science. He is a member of the Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) and the Association of General Contractors (AGC). He participates in the local ACE Mentor Program, which introduces high school students throughout greater Nashville to the excitement, rewards and diverse careers available in the architectural, construction management and engineering professions.
Robins Insurance Agency hires account executives
The leadership of Robins Insurance Agency, Inc. announced the hiring of Matt Shaw and Jake Linkous to the company’s insurance specialist team. They will be responsible for client service, as well as sales and support, and work in both personal and business lines of insurance.
Shaw holds a degree in human environmental sciences from the University of Missouri. For the past 13 years, he has worked at two Nashville-area banks (Avenue Bank & Regions Bank) as a lender and branch manager, respectively.
Linkous graduated from the University of Tennessee with a degree in public administration. Prior to joining Robins Insurance, he was a Liberty Mutual agent, winning a number of awards for production and customer service.
Beavin accepts post at St. Cecilia Academy
St. Cecilia Academy has named Susan Beavin, a 2008 alumna, its electronic marketing manager and assistant in the admissions office.
She previously worked on social media and e-mail marketing campaigns with a Nashville advertising agency. Beavin earned her bachelor’s degree in communication from the University of Tennessee.

Moore named VUMC’s associate vice chancellor
Cecelia B. Moore, MHA, CPA, vice president of Finance and Chief Operating Officer for the Patient Revenue Management Organization (PRMO) with Duke University Health System, has been named associate vice chancellor for Finance at Vanderbilt University Medical Center.
In this key role at Vanderbilt, Moore reports to Brett Sweet, Vanderbilt University’s vice chancellor for Finance & Chief Financial Officer. She will work closely with Jeff Balser, M.D., Ph.D., vice chancellor for Health Affairs and dean of the School of Medicine, in support of VUMC’s leadership team and the entire Medical Center.
As a member of VUMC’s executive leadership, Moore will be responsible for all financial and control activities for VUMC, including the Vanderbilt University hospitals and clinics, the School of Medicine, the School of Nursing and all affiliated programs. She will also play a central role in supporting VUMC’s health system integration and expansion activities in the region.
Gallatin teacher elected to Mensa board
Baker Ring of Gallatin, Tenn., has been elected Regional Vice Chair to the American Mensa Board of Directors. He is a member of Middle Tennessee Mensa, which is one of 132 Mensa chapters nationwide.
Ring has been an active member of Mensa for 20 years. During that time he has served as Testing Coordinator. Ring is a high school government and economics teacher and has a bachelor’s degree from the University of San Francisco. He currently serves on the County Commission for Sumner County.
Ring is one of ten Regional Vice Presidents and represents the Southeast Region.
