NASHVILLE (AP) — Tennessee Democratic Congressman Jim Cooper is adding three people to his Washington office.

Chris Carroll will be Cooper's new press secretary. Carroll is a Tennessee native and most recently the Washington correspondent for the Chattanooga Times Free Press.

Vic Goetz will be Cooper's new staff assistant, and Paul Shorkey is the new health care legislative fellow.
