Car enthusiasts in Middle Tennessee and southern Kentucky have two chances to see the 2014 Corvette Stingray in the next few months, both at the National Corvette Museum in Bowling Green, Ky.

The first is a fee-based weekend celebration, April 25-27, called NCM Bash, which features not only the new C7 itself but the team of designers and engineers behind its creation.

“People can see, touch, look at and ask questions,” says Katie Frassinelli, the museum’s marketing and communications manager. “People get autographs from these folks.”

The second is at the Corvette 60th anniversary celebration, June 27-28 at the museum.

Organizers promise there will be “a number of” 2014 Corvette Stingrays on hand, and that designers and plant executives will be conduct what they call “a detailed walk-around” – explaining in depth the features of the new car, inside and out.

That anniversary event is included in the cost of admission to the museum, which is $10 for adults and $5 for those 17 and younger.
