Wireless access expanded for Nashville venues
NASHVILLE (AP) - Fans will have better wireless Internet access on their mobile devices during games and events at LP Field and Bridgestone Arena now that two new antenna systems have been installed.
Representatives from AT&T along with the Nashville Predators and Tennessee Titans will demonstrate the new system during a news conference on Friday morning at LP Field.
AT&T installed two new 4G LTE-capable distributed antenna systems to distribute wireless network coverage throughout the two venues for better access during heavily populated events, like football or hockey games.
The systems can provide enhanced wireless coverage both indoors and outdoors.
