NASHVILLE - Pharos Capital Group, LLC, a private equity firm based in Nashville and Dallas, has hired Tina Hahn as senior vice president of investor relations, the firm announced today.

Hahn will assist in the firm's capital raising and investor services efforts. She is based in Los Angeles and will serve both Pharos's Dallas and Nashville offices.

Prior to joining Pharos, Hahn, 42, was the vice president of investor services at CityView. Previously, she co-founded KeyStrat Capital Advisors, where she advised private equity general partnerships on their capital formation strategies.

Hahn began her career at a boutique third-party marketing firm, where she was ultimately promoted to Principal as she helped general partnerships with their capital formation strategies targeted to global institutional investors. She holds FINRA Series 7, 63 and 79 registrations.

She presently serves on the board of KHEIR-S. Mark Taper Foundation Community Clinic, the primary provider of critical in-language healthcare and human services support to the residents of Metro Los Angeles and its neighboring communities. She has also served on the board of AAAIM (Association of Asian American Investment Managers). She received a Bachelor of Science degree in International Affairs from the University of Colorado at Boulder.
