NASHVILLE (AP) — Nashville International Airport will conduct a full-scale emergency exercise Tuesday.

Aircraft, emergency vehicles and other equipment will be involved in simulating an emergency.

A news release from the airport said the exercise will test the response and procedures of the airport and participating federal, state, local and community agencies.

The news release said Federal Aviation Administration regulations mandate airports to conduct such an exercise every three years.
