BELLE MEADE (AP) — A Middle Tennessee family has a cherished lawn ornament back and a man found with it in his truck was picked up on pending charges.

Michael Lindseth of Belle Meade told WKRN-TV (http://bit.ly/HY6Pc0 ) he saw the station's news report this week on the theft of copper from homes and recognized the angel statue from the video shown.

Lindseth said his 95-year-old grandmother loves the statue and was thrilled to have it returned.

Police found the artwork among copper downspouts in the truck of William Taylor. Police said Taylor was on probation for burglaries in Cheatham and Montgomery counties. Taylor was held Friday in the Cheatham County Jail on a probation violation charge.

Lindseth said his family will display the statue inside from now on.
