OMAHA, Neb. (AP) - ConAgra Foods Inc. says it's acquiring Odom's Tennessee Pride, the nation's second largest producer of frozen breakfast sandwiches.

Omaha-based ConAgra announced its plans on Tuesday, which include the company's facilities in Little Rock, Ark., and Dickson, Tenn., and its headquarters office in Madison, Tenn. Financial terms were not disclosed.

Odom's Tennessee Pride has about 750 employees and annual revenues of over $190 million.

ConAgra CEO Gary Rodkin says the acquisition of Odom's Tennessee Pride will allow ConAgra to build its position in frozen meals and to develop its portfolio in the growing breakfast category.

Larry Odom, chairman and CEO of Odom's Tennessee Pride, says he looks forward to being part of ConAgra's growth plans.
