Scott Cantlon

DCI Donor Services, Inc. (DCIDS) recently named Scott Cantlon as its chief administrative officer.

Cantlon, has more than 35 years of experience as a senior executive in information technology and systems management for several industries. Most recently, he served as vice president and chief information officer for Lexon Surety Group where he led the development and implementation of IT strategy and managed IT support services.

Entrepreneurs’ Organization has largest class ever

The Nashville chapter of the Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO) added 29 new members in 2011, making 2011 the most successful recruitment year in the chapter’s 17-year history.

New members added in the fourth quarter are:

• Darek Bell, partner of Corsair Distillery, which he started in 2007 with his wife Amy Lee Bell and Andrew Webber.
• Brian Biesman, director of the Nashville Center for Laser and Facial Surgery, where he specializes in cosmetic and reconstructive eyelid surgery.
• Mark Deutschmann, who founded Village Real Estate Services in October 1996. He then formed Core Development Services in 2003, and in 2006 partnered with Wells Fargo to create CityLife Lending Group.
• Peter Hermann, founder and managing partner of Belmont Software Services, an IT company that provides solutions for enterprise service automation and cloud infrastructure initiatives.
• Randy Holland, founder and managing partner of Fitness Holdings, LLC.
• Adam James, who co-founded Wyndham Group, Inc., a consulting group specializing in enterprise resource planning solutions for the hi-tech and professional services industries.
• Brian Prentice, founder and senior partner of Ingenuity Associates, an IT management consulting firm.
• Alan Young, who founded Armor Concepts, LLC, a manufacturer that develops and distributes security and repair products.

MusicRow Magazine promotes 1, hires 2

Jon Freeman has been promoted to the position of managing editor at MusicRow magazine, while Eric Parker has been hired as marketing manager and Caitlin Rantala has been hired as graphic designer and production manager.

Freeman’s role has expanded from Chart Director to include responsibilities for assigning and editing web-based news content as well as contributing news and features for musicrow.com.

Freeman graduated from Auburn University with a degree in management information systems and later studied Music Business at Belmont University.

Parker first interned with MusicRow in 2010 to assist Freeman in the weekly compilation of the CountryBreakout Chart and has since served as an editorial contributor. He holds a degree in entertainment and music business from Belmont.

Rantala graduated from Elon University in North Carolina with degrees in digital art and professional writing and rhetoric in 2010.

Brentwood’s Corizon hires new CFO

Corizon, the nation’s leader in correctional healthcare solutions, announced today the hiring of Marty Moore as senior vice president, chief financial officer.

Moore recently served as CFO with SVP Worldwide where he successfully developed and applied strategies to optimize and grow brand equity through various in-house and acquisition initiatives. He also demonstrated excellent leadership through building instrumental finance teams.

Moore is currently serving as Chairman of the Board of Trustees for Covenant College in Georgia. He has a Bachelor of Business Administration in accounting from Ohio University and holds memberships in the Financial Executives Institute, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Tennessee Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Nashville Predators name team dentist

The Nashville Predators have selected Dr. Jody Jones to provide all local dental services to the NHL hockey team. As part of this alliance, Dr. Jones will be on-site for all Predators games at Bridgestone Arena in Nashville. Dr. Jones has installed a new state-of-the-art dental facility at the arena, where he can provide immediate emergency treatment for dental injuries sustained during a game.

King & Ballow adds tax specialist

Attorney Sean D. McLean has joined the Tax Section of King & Ballow.

McLean received his J.D. from Mississippi College School of Law. While there, he was a member of the trial advocacy team and received the American Jurisprudence Award in Insurance Law. Following law school, McLean received his master of laws in taxation at the University of Washington School of Law.

He received his undergraduate degree from the Auburn University, where he majored in Economics. He also received his MBA from Mississippi College.

INSBANK taps Hawkins as first vice president

INSBANK, a Nashville-based commercial bank and mortgage lender, has added Andy Hawkins as first vice president and relationship manager. Hawkins brings more than two decades of lending experience to the bank’s team of financial experts.

Hawkins’ responsibilities will include commercial lending and relationship development that contributes to the bank’s growth. Prior to joining INSBANK, he served as vice president, commercial relationship manager with Tennessee Commerce Bank for more than 10 years. He also worked at Bank of America for more than a decade where he was responsible for business lending.

He earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Middle Tennessee State University.

Fifth Third adds to Nashville offices

Steve Collins joins Fifth Third Bank as a financial center manager.

He is a graduate of the University of Alabama, where he obtained a degree in finance.

Collins comes to Fifth Third Bank from The Sage Group, where he served as vice president and director of operations. He has over seven years of banking experience with Regions Bank.

Leanna Terlikosky joins Fifth Third Bank as a personal banker at the Music Row Financial Center. Terlikosky has worked in retail banking for seven years and was previously employed by U.S. Bank.

Zeitlin & Co adds 3 to Green Hills office

Zeitlin and Company, Realtors recently added three new affiliate brokers, Caroline Rigsby, Kelli Hodge and Dax McCall.

Rigsby joins Zeitlin as an affiliate broker. Prior to joining Zeitlin, she led the sales team at Belle Meade Court, a condo development in Nashville.

Hodge also joins as an affiliate broker. Additionally, she serves as CEO of her own company, Hodge Household.

McCall, an affiliate broker, will sell both urban and suburban residential real estate. McCall worked in the music industry prior to joining Zeitlin, where he toured with international acts Maroon 5, Avril Lavigne and Panic! at the Disco.

Also, Shay Gresham Howard, a Realtor with the firm’s Green Hills office, has been awarded the Accredited Buyer Representation (ABR®) designation by the Real Estate Buyer’s Agent Council, Inc. (REBAC) of the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR). REBAC was founded in 1988 to promote superior buyer representation skills and services.

Avenue Bank announces associates, promotion

Paula Gaines is a treasury management specialist. She comes to Avenue Bank with 25 years experience in the financial services industry, specializing in treasury management. She most recently was vice president, treasury management Sales with First Tennessee Bank.

Tony Grubbs has joined Avenue as a mortgage originator. He has 20 years experience in residential lending and he most recently served as a Senior Mortgage Analyst with Eagle Bank in St. Louis, MO.

Erika Lamanna Small has been promoted to private client banking assistant. She joined the bank in May of 2011 as a concierge banker.

Alex Yates has joined Avenue Bank as a concierge banker at the Cummins Station branch.
