State looking to honor companies for export growth
NASHVILLE (AP) — The state is looking to recognize Tennessee companies that have shown strong export growth.
Gov. Bill Haslam says such companies help produce high-quality jobs in the state.
To honor them, the state is accepting applications for the 2011 Governor's Award for Trade Excellence. The awards will be presented in Nashville Sept. 22-23.
