FINN’s Button, Lindsley now senior partners
FINN Partners has promoted Lisa Button and Andrea Lindsley to senior partners in recognition. Button and Lindsley lead the fast-growing Community Impact Group in the Southeast, along with senior partner Philip McGowan.
Lindsley and Button also play leadership roles in the Global DE&I Committee at FINN Partners, led by managing partner Helen Shelton, which prioritizes inclusivity and openness throughout the culture of FINN. Button is the co-lead of the Community Engagement & Volunteerism division, while Lindsley is the co-lead of the Inclusion, Employee & Engagement division.
Button began her career at FINN Partners in 2013 as a senior account supervisor. She has since led complex marketing programs for major clients that include utilities, health care companies and leading nonprofit organizations. Before joining FINN Partners, Button was with Ingram Content Group. She holds a degree in speech communication from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
Since joining FINN Partners more than 20 years ago as an account executive, Lindsley has represented a spectrum of corporate clients, focusing on the areas of campaign strategy, media relations and event planning. Lindsley preciously was a television producer at WKRN-TV in Nashville and at WAAY-TV in Huntsville. She is a graduate of the University of Alabama with a degree in communications.
Centennial Park Conservancy sets board members, officers
Centennial Park Conservancy has announced seven new board appointments and a new board chair and vice chair.
Joining the board are:

• Howard Gentry, Criminal Court Clerk of Davidson County
• Niya Moon, corporate philanthropy manager at Jackson National Life Insurance Company
• Derrick Moore, co-founder and chief development officer of Slim & Husky’s Pizza
• Craig Philip, professor of civil and environmental engineering at Vanderbilt University
• Chase Wright, CPA and advisory partner for Cherry Bekaert
The Conservancy also has elected Eric Cook as the new board chair and Trish Munro as vice chair. Cook is the co-founder and director for a philanthropic arts education fund, So/Co Community Initiatives, and has been a board member of Centennial Park Conservancy since 2021. Munro is a Middle Tennessee native who earned an MBA from Middle Tennessee State University. She has served on the Centennial Park Conservancy board since 2020 and has years of experience in other philanthropic involvement in the community.
The Conservancy also has selected a new advisory committee. Returning to the Advisory Committee are John Darwin, Brooks Mathews and Shirley Speyer, who will serve alongside new members Rascoe Dean, Phyllis Hildreth, John Hackett, Rev. Dr. Judy Cummings, Suzanne Moore and Mara Papatheodorou.
Young Leaders Council graduates 125 members
Young Leaders Council, the only nonprofit in Middle Tennessee committed to broadening and strengthening Nashville’s volunteer leadership base, has completed training for 125 young professionals as part of the 2024 Spring Cohort, which is composed of the Nashville Spring 2024, Junior League of Nashville and the Jack C. Massey College of Business at Belmont University classes.
Participants will now transition into board internships and serve as nonvoting members of local nonprofit boards and immediately put their newfound knowledge and skills to use.
The YLC mission is to train diverse, committed individuals to effectively participate on the boards of nonprofit organizations and make a difference in the community by replenishing the volunteer leadership base. Founded in 1985, Young Leaders Council has more than 3,500 alumni who have made a lasting impact through board service for local nonprofit organizations.

Burns, Morris added at Java Medical Group
Java Medical Group, a leading hospital management company, has announced the additions of Ray Burns as chief compliance officer and Alison Morris as chief administrative officer.
Burns leads the implementation and oversight of compliance programs within the rural hospitals Java Medical Group serves. He brings more than three decades of health care and compliance experience to the company. Burns previously served as director of compliance for Emergency Care Partners, LLC in Pensacola, Florida. He is a graduate of the University of Tennessee at Martin and earned a master’s degree in health care administration from St. Joseph’s University.
Morris oversees the administrative functions and streamlines and optimizes the company’s operations. Morris also leads the strategic implementation of technology to drive value and efficiency for the company. She holds a degree in business administration from Aquinas College.
PMC promotes Fuquay to marketing director
Parking Management Company, a national parking services provider based in Nashville, has announced the promotion of Nicole Fuquay to director of marketing. Fuquay, who joined PMC five years ago, will lead PMC’s marketing efforts on a national scale as the company continues to expand into new markets across the country.
Fuquay joined PMC in 2019 as a recruiter for the company’s Nashville market. In 2020, she became sales and marketing coordinator. PMC elevated her to the position of director of communications in 2022.
Fuquay will now oversee marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and support PMC’s growth objectives locally and nationally. She will oversee a team of marketing professionals, guiding them in executing innovative campaigns, leveraging digital platforms and maximizing PMC’s presence in the parking services industry.
Cambria Nashville Midtown names GM, sales director
Chris Delgado has been named general manager and Bobby Smith director of sales and marketing for the Cambria Nashville Midtown hotel.
Delgado brings 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry to his position. He previously served as general manager at Placemakr Premier SoBro.
Smith has more than 30 years of experience and has held key sales and marketing positions at leading hotels and resorts in the Nashville area such as Vision Hospitality Group, Inc., Country Inns & Suites By Carlson and Radisson Nashville Airport.
