Off the Clock – Business before hours. A networking event for business professionals, offering an opportunity to discuss and share ideas while learning about other local businesses. Experience the NASCAR Driving Experience at Nashville Superspeedway. Drive a NASCAR race car by yourself on the Nashville Superspeedway’s 1.33-mile oval track with 14 degrees banking in the turns. Following drivers meeting with training and instruction, you’ll drive a NASCAR race car for timed racing sessions. Limited space available. Information

Dr. Lee Warren will discuss Handling Difficult Conversations with Tact. When we feel threatened or when our dignity is compromised, when the ideas are important and the outcome is questionable, when we feel strongly about the topic being discussed, or about the people in the conversation, we may experience the conversation as difficult, prompting anxiety or frustration. We will consider a method of developing creative solutions while treating people with decency and integrity, in an approach guaranteed to help your piece of mind, whether or not others go along.
