Nashville Emerging Leader Awards. The Nashville Area Chamber of Commerce and YP Nashville present the 16th annual Nashville Emerging Leader Awards. The NELAs will recognize young professionals in 14 industry classifications who are excelling in their careers and making a difference in the Nashville community. Young professionals are one of the most important demographic groups in the Nashville region today. YPs are the leaders of tomorrow and often the most involved in community organizations.
