SEC coaches honor Vanderbilt’s Stackhouse, Robbins
Vanderbilt’s Jerry Stackhouse has been named Coach of the Year, sharing the honor with Texas A&M’s Buzz Williams, and Vanderbilt’s Liam Robbins has been named SEC Defensive Player of the Year.
Brandon Miller, a freshman at Alabama who played at Nashville’s Cane Ridge High School, was named SEC Player of the Year and Freshman of the Year.
Missouri’s Kobe Brown earned SEC Scholar-Athlete of the Year, and Alabama’s Jahvon Quinerly & Kentucky’s Antonio Reeves were voted Co-Sixth Man of the Year.
