SATURDAY, JULY 25

Back to School Health Days

Neighborhood Health is hosting two “Back to School Health Days” on July 25 and August 1, 9 a.m.-2 p.m. at its East Side Center (905 Main Street, Nashville). Immunizations, physicals and dental screenings will be available along with games, prizes and face painting. Eligibility: Students under age 18 (no residency restriction), no charge for students insured by TennCare or Cover Kids, immunizations provided at no charge to uninsured students, dental screenings provided at no charge to all, low cost for uninsured students for physicals, private insurance cannot be accepted for the immunizations. Additionally, immunizations and physicals are available until the start of school at three locations:

  • Cleveland Park, 1223 Dickerson Pike, Nashville 37207
  • East Side, 905 Main Street, Nashville 37206
  • Napier Place, 107 Charles E. Davis Boulevard, Nashville 37210

Sumner County Venue Crawl

Bridal parties will experience what Sumner County Venues and vendors have to offer. Goodie bags will go to the first 100 brides to purchase tickets, which can be purchased online. Onsite registration will begin at 10 a.m. at 2310 Nashville Pike, Gallatin. More than a dozen venues across Sumner County will showcase their locations for the brides to be. $20, $15. Business Studio: The Power of Branding

Business Studio: Marketing Starter Series - DIY vs. Agency

The Nashville Chamber has partnered with k2forma to present four “DIY” marketing workshops as part of our Marketing Starter Series. This series is designed to empower small business owners to manage their marketing efforts and optimize their resources on their own. You’ll learn how to work smarter, not harder. In this session, participants will learn the right time to make the leap from DIY to an agency.
