Community Supported Agriculture Fair
The Nashville Farmers Market and Local Table Magazine will host the second Annual CSA Fair, 10 a.m.-2 p.m. The event is free and gives the public a chance to meet farmers, discuss individual growing methods, harvest schedules and pick up locations. General information on what a CSA is and how it works will be available. Each farmer will have a booth with photos of their farms, lists of the products they grow, how they grow and where they have their pick ups. Wine in the Winter
The inaugural Wine in the Winter offers the opportunity to sample wines from around the world at the Hilton Nashville Downtown. Wine in the Winter is the sister event to Wine on the River, which sells out every year. Admission includes a souvenir glass, all beverage samples, hors d’oeuvres and a donation to The District.
