Small Business Tax Workshop Series. Join the Tennessee Small Business Development Center for this online opportunity to learn the ins and outs of small business taxes with the IRS. Throughout October, the TSBDC will be answering questions to help small-business owners understand the tax process better. Topic: Tax deposits and filing a return to report payroll taxes and hiring people who live in the U.S. who are not citizens. Wednesday, 9-10 a.m. Register to participate. Information

Nashville Fall Festival

Guests can expect an elaborate corn maze, tethered hot air balloon rides and helicopter rides on select days, a pumpkin patch, hayrides, children’s activities, fall decorations and numerous pumpkins for sale on a 66-acre farm along the South Harpeth River. Cheekwood Harvest

Featuring more than 75,000 pumpkins with three pumpkin houses, sweeps of more than 4,000 chrysanthemums and a nine-foot-tall P’mumkin topiary made of orange mums arranged in the shape of a giant pumpkin. Photo opportunities, music and a beer garden each weekend. Round out the day by picking out a pumpkin to take home and carve with the family. Information

Boo at the Zoo

Ghost Tours at the Hermitage

Tours begin in the Andrew Jackson Center breezeway and include a discounted wine tasting for guests 21 and older. 6:30 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. A portion of all sales will support the Andrew Jackson Foundation. Information

Business before Hours

Third annual Battle of the Badges

2024 Taste of Wilson County

Proceeds benefit the Wilson County Business & Education Coalition, a division of the Lebanon Wilson County Chamber of Commerce. The Wilson County Business & Education Coalition uses these funds for the annual Teacher Grant Extra Mile Educator Program. These grants provide essential funding for classroom resources, projects and professional development which help local teachers.
