Russell Oldham has joined the Nashville office of CB Richard Ellis (CBRE) as vice president in the firm’s Capital Markets Multi-Housing Group. Oldham will work with Steve Massey, a 25-year veteran in multi-family investment sales. Oldham was formerly responsible for development, acquisitions, and finance at Hathaway Properties, Inc., a multi-housing firm based in Atlanta which has developed over 12,000 units throughout the southeast.
