View | | NOTICE UNKNOWN MOTHER AND UNKNOWN FATHER The State of Tennessee, Department of Children's Services, has filed a petition seeking to terminate forever your parental rights to ADRIAN DAVIDSON A/K/A GOMEZ LUCAS. It appears that ordinary process of law cannot be served upon you because your identity and whereabouts are unknown. The minor child, a male, Hispanic child, was born on February 4, 2024, at 9:46 p.m. at Centennial Medical Center in Nashville, Davidson County, Tennessee. The child was voluntarily delivered to the facility pursuant to T.C.A. 68-11-255 on or about February 4, 2024. Failure of the unknown mother to seek contact with the child through the Department of Children's Services or to revoke the voluntary delivery within thirty (30) days of the date of the last publication notice shall constitute abandonment of the child and of the mother's interest. Any father of said child who fails to claim paternity by contacting the Department of Children's Services or registering with the putative father's registry pursuant to T.C.A. 36-2-318 within thirty (30) days of the last publication shall be barred from thereafter bringing or maintaining any action to establish paternity of the infant.
