 In this cause, it appears to the Court from the allegations of the Petition seeking to adjudicate Julian Spencer as dependent and neglected child, which a copy of Petition may be obtained from the Clerk of the Juvenile Court of Davidson County, Tennessee, at Nashville, that the whereabouts of the Respondent, Devin Spencer, are unknown and therefore the ordinary of process of law cannot be served upon him. Attorney, James Rose, has been appointed by the Court as the Guardian ad Litem for the minor, Julian Spencer.

 IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, that said Respondents enter their appearance herein on October 18, 2024 at 1:00 P.M., a rule day of said Court, and show cause as to why a finding of Dependency and Neglect should not be entered against him, and that a copy of this Order be published for four (4) consecutive weeks in Nashville Ledger, 222 2nd Ave N Suite 101, Nashville, TN 37201.
