NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS

On Monday, March 4, 2024, at Berry Hill City Hall, 698 Thompson Lane, Nashville, TN 37204, the following public hearings will be held:

(1) At 6:00 pm, the Berry Hill Board of Zoning Appeals will conduct a public hearing and consider an Application for Variance for 2822 Erica Place, filed by Brent Hessel and Frank Hessel, on behalf of HP3, G.P., owner. The applicants request a variance from (1) the side/rear parking placement requirement in Section 4.8 of the Community Development Code, to permit the expansion of a parking area between the front façade of the building and Erica Place; (2) the 24’ maximum curb cut width from Section 4.8 of the code, to allow a curb cut width of 56’; and (3) Section 3.2.7(1) of the code, restricting parking spaces from opening directly onto a public street, to permit the new parking spaces to open directly onto Erica Place.

(2) At 6:15 pm the Berry Hill Zoning and Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing and consider a proposed amendment to a condition of the Concept Plan approval for property now known as 2600 and 2604 Fessey Park Road, and also consider recommending approval of Ordinance No. 2024-484 amending Ordinance No. 2020-462, which adopted an Alternative Plan for said property, by modifying a condition to require one signal warrant analysis upon completion of signal upgrades at nearby intersections.
