The Metropolitan Council of Nashville and Davidson County will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, February 20, 2024, on a resolution exempting Skinny Dennis Nashville LLC dba Skinny Dennis from the minimum distance requirements for obtaining a beer permit at 2635 Gallatin Avenue, Nashville TN 37216 pursuant to Section 7.08.090.E. of the Metropolitan Code. The hearing will take place at 6:30 p.m. in the Council Chamber of the Metropolitan Courthouse in downtown Nashville.
